A lovely Thanksgiving with cousins plus parents plus Kid-and-husband. Parents are around for another two days; kid-and-husband have left. E's second cousins, who are 5, 5, and 6 respectively, thought she was adorable and wanted to keep her as a pet; E was rather bemused by all the hugs and pats and squeezes but bore them in a good-natured, long-suffering sort of way. She was rather relieved to come home, however, and spent the evening promenading all around the house, getting re-acquainted with all of the doors (she has lately become obsessed with figuring out how doors work).
