As we've discussed, the capitalization of "sie/Sie" is ambiguous and has to be deduced from context. The first part of the postscript is clear, but I'm taking a very uncertain guess at the bolded part. Alternative interpretations appreciated!

An alternative translation if it's "sie" in the sense of "they" instead of in the sense of "You" would be:
...and as I believe news are being searched for and taken from you, without it being asked by whom, they may notice.
The problem is I can't tell who is doing the asking in "without it being asked by whom" *or* who is supposed to be noticing what in "they may notice." It's clear he's complaining (lol, he's Anderson, of course he's complaining), but not about what exactly.
I think I'm going to go with my original "I did not ask who it is, you may notice," since at least I can make some kind of sense of that, even if I'm not sure that's what it says. I may put [I] and [you] in brackets to signal uncertainty. *ponders*
