Yeah, that makes sense. Although yeah, once she started thinking Fritz was dead (which does seem like a reasonable assumption) the Margrave should have given them to her... which I guess he did eventually.

Wait, a biographer says he didn't love her?? I mean, I could see if you only, like, read the letters where he was mad at her. But!!
