I'm trying to use my other account at least occasionally so I posted about my Yuletide gifts there, including the salon-relevant 12k fic that features Fritz, Heinrich, Voltaire, Fredersdorf, Saint Germain, Caroline Daum (Fredersdorf's wife), and Groundhog Day tropes! (Don't need to know canon.)

I'm full of admiration you got that much and alas completely lost in terms of providing more or alternate interpretations. Just that it may be the cover leaf of a letter (it looks like it was folded that way), afterwards annotated by some secretary, as you suggest.

I would be too, if I thought I got that much, but even the words without question marks are mostly guesses. ;)
