I adore sweet-and-savory :P :D Well, sometimes -- I can go back and forth about sweet glazes (sometimes I really like them, sometimes not so much), and for this first go-round we just used a basic savory roasting recipe which worked great. Duck is basically a darker, fattier, more delicious version of turkey or chicken :D
