I am super excited about this!

Warning that it is VERY allusive and rather opaque if you don't know a LOT about Richard III and the Wars of the Roses (I think if you do know a lot about it, it is less opaque, but... this is not my demographic, or at least wasn't the first n times I read it). If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, this is likely not for you. If you like trying to puzzle out what the heck is going on, though, and like wacky and historically-informed AU's played straight (vampires treated as part of the natural world order and resulting in Christianity being relegated to a minor sect!) this may be for you!

I'm really sick (broken infected tooth that went HAYWIRE, half my face swelled up and I had to go to the ER) but I am SO HAPPY the book has a new lovely print edition, and the Kindle edition looks really good too, and it's great people are reading it again, especially new readers. (It seems a little weird Tor.com isn't hosting a readalong....?)

I got both, because it's much easier for me to read on my Kindle these days, and I wanted the ability to search the text, and I also wanted to support the reprint series, and I got my other copy used. AND OMG I JUST COULDN'T RESIST, IT'S JUST SO GOOD.
