I'm sorry, I always do this! I always go into a fandom and end up wanting gen fic that's not about the juggernaut pairing :P :)
BUT! don't fret about this! At least, don't fret yet. :) I believe that Friedrich II and Katte have been nominated for the past... two years?... by someone who wasn't me (obviously) or (I think) selenak, and Fritz/Katte was definitely requested and written for last year by someone who wasn't either of us. So there are other people out there who are interested! I plan to make a canon pimping post on it when that yuletide post comes out (unless selenak wants to do it), and I'm betting we can flush more fans out of the woodwork to request your ship :D
