I am totally willing to be the position of listener for certain historical fandoms that have a high overlap with my fandoms :P :D
And I'm not musically inclined, but when I commissioned literature, it would be like Yuletide, except following the detailed list of preferences in the requester's letters would be mandatory. :PP
If I had a whole lot more money than I do (operas are super expensive) I would totally commission operas just like this :D Of course, if I had that kind of money, I would also bankroll the Friedrich TV series and get you and selenak to advise, and totally micromanage anyone who wanted to make older!Friedrich more woobie diverge from best historical guesses :D
