I loved the Richard III scene in Fforde, but in the sequel he has a Wuthering Heights anger management course (fabulous idea) in which Hareton Earnshaw says he hates Heathcliff. I'm sorry but no: the man isn't enough of a hardcore nerd for me, which is such a shame, because I love the idea.
