I can't be precise about any of them without googling to be sure, so this is vague. 2 has got to be something about Miles Vorkosigan and Admiral Naismith. 4 I'm fairly sure is from Portal, and like the cake, is a lie. 5 is one of the Earthsea books - Ged is talking to a woman whose name I completely forget. 6 is Amadeus.
