hahahaha yeah when I say I shipped it, I don't really mean that I considered him a romantic prospect (EWWWWWW) but more that I was sort of fascinated by the dark undercurrents between him and Christine and the way she was clearly fascinated by him. Without really realizing (the 80's were a dark time) that these dark undercurrents could be described pretty succinctly by "hello there sexual predator and circle of abuse!"

I still really like the songs that have five people singing at once, though! Especially now that I know that he's totally ripping off Mozart :D
