Oh hey, I did have a brief period of being somewhat-fannish about Phantom of the Opera in my teens! I don't know that I did any conscious shipping, but I was definitely fascinated by the songs at least, and once when my family was in London I got us to watch the musical there. Also I played the songs on the piano.
