Heh. I just think that FW would have hated Frederick the Great. I don't think he would have gotten over his visceral hate of Fritz as a child, and there's certainly enough there, as you say, that he could find plenty to justify that hate.
But that quote about wars is... actually... kind of endearing to me. FINE.
