(I imagine Wolfgang, years later, remembering this moment or perhaps even this moment as it was told to him later by Joseph in Amadeus -- and of course kid!Wolfie didn't pick up on any of the tensions, or if he did, didn't understand them -- and reminiscing to Schikaneder about the Power of Music in this fraught situation, who promptly put it in his libretto.)
