I just discovered that the 2017 miniseries about Maria Theresia is online, on YouTube, with English subtitles. It's not high art, but highly entertaining, and starts here. And since we're talking Catholic Habsburgs here and not Protestant Hohenzollern, the colorful costumes abound. cahn, the first segment includes young MT and her sister singing opera!
