Wow, that sounds like a remarkable amount of music drama.

My life is also measured by to-do lists right now. But hey, at least I wrote 400 words of Yuletide fic yesterday, and am working on it right now, too.

The sad thing is that a) it is actually a very small amount of music drama compared to last year, and b) some of it is in fact the last remnants of fallout from last year! Ah well. Most of it seems to have resolved, except the part where I am worried my church will be very very tired of me after seeing me perform six times. (At least I am then going on vacation so they won't have to see me again for a couple of weeks, heh.)

Yay yuletide! I complain, but I am enjoying the heck out of writing these fics. As I guess is obvious from the fact that it seems to be the priority...

I'm glad you enjoyed it! *grin* I am not at all good at telling myself no when it's yuletide! At least it's fun :)

The other funny thing is, my ward (congregation) is so very nice that (even though I totally agree someone needs to speak to Organist) it took me a really long time to catch on that other people thought so too. For example, when Organist was gone and Substitute Organist was playing, they'd say things like, "It was sure nice to hear that hymn all peppy!" and it took me a bunch of people saying similar things for me to realize that they were actually saying "...organist is Too Slow."

Thanks! It's all self-inflicted, really, or at least things I could have declined (well, except the smog check and the vacation rental car), so I can't complain too much... and it will all get done, more or less. :)

...I feel much better today, after a) several people told me that yes, they would be willing to do a number, and b) several other people told me that no one wanted a long program anyway. So I think it will all fall into place, thank you!
