(Henry Cavendish was a famous scientist -- wikipedia tells me he did a bunch of chemistry, which I didn't know until today; I know him for his experiments in measuring the force of gravity.)
Funny, gravity isn't ringing a bell for me, but I definitely know about his chemistry experiments!
