Guys, I was in Frankfurt (am Main, i.e. not the one where Fritz probably met Fredersdorf, which is Frankfurt an der Oder, but the one where the Emperors got elected and crowned and Voltaire got arrested for keeping Fritz' poetry) this last week, and I think I might to a pic spam for rheinsberg, but I just wanted to point out that the Yuletide requests have gone online, and lo and behold, we have a non-salon member asking for a Frederician story. Unsurprisingly, it appears to be a newbie drawn to the tragic romance who wants Fritz/Katte. Either canon or fixit. Now, I'm not going to, since the only Fritz/Katte stuff I'm actually interested in writing falls into the "break it differently" category, and it would be mean and jerk-like to inflict this on someone wanting romance for their Christmas. However: if either of you feels inspired, I'm just saying newbies should be encouraged. :)
