It's exactly what I'd been looking for a couple years ago but my Google-fu had failed me, and I was just delighted when cahn turned up on an old entry of mine this week with, "HEY, someone on my friends list just read this book that is relevant to your interests in this post, we should get a copy!"

I will definitely read it at some point, but no idea when.
