No, the term "freedom" is from the quote from Achim von Arnim (who in turn quotes his grandmother) which is posted on the Zernikow website, along with the "harmony and inner cheerfulness". That she used the term "Freiheit" to describe her first marriage was what made me speculate!
Ah, I had forgotten that! But there's nothing about her remaining a "Jungfrau" on that site, as far as I can tell, and since that's (allegedly) a direct quote from the Arnim volume, perhaps still worth checking out someday?
