Aren't I supposed to tell you NOT TO WRITE FIC for another month at least?? Is this going to mess up your sleep again?
Speaking of which, I've somewhat heavily implied (and was imagining) in the corporate AU that they're not brothers in this AU--is that a problem? Having everyone be as related as in real life is going to be harder to sell in the modern world. Though I could retcon those two specifically as brothers; there are definitely startups founded by siblings, and I've worked at one.
I feel like everything is funnier and more potentially laden with dysfunction if they're brothers! Like it's one thing if your boss is micromanaging you, and it's another if it's your boss and your brother who's micromanaging you. But I can see that it could also tip over into seriousness pretty easily, and maybe you don't want to get quite that seriously dysfunctional, so it's totally fine if they're not brothers.
I don't ship them if they're not brothers, though. I mean, I don't think you were planning on going that way, but in case you were.

More seriously, I was planning on skipping RMSE, but it's not like I'm busy with German and being lured into RMSE; I'm not doing German anyway and am looking for something else to do so I don't burn out trying to force myself when I'm not feeling it.
As for sleep, weeeeell...on the one hand, it's less likely to get messed up than it was back in November, I've been "tired-but-functional" for almost 5 months now. On the other hand, because I'm now working 30 hours/week, it's more important that it not get messed up. So I might have to exercise more self-control about writing 30k plotty fics. Which might be A GOOD IDEA ANYWAY, ahem. :P
Thanks for the rundown on your Fritz and Heinrich feels. I will try to make them brothers, then, consistency with the first installment be damned!
