I am watching it right now! (It was my first Don Carlo, watching it again :) ) Just finished "Restate" -- as far as I'm concerned it is THE most gripping Restate ever. Furlanetto, Keenlyside, the choreography (you can tell Simon has been choreographed to the inch, he does SO much better that way), the videography, even the freaking lighting. It's all perfect.

I am having a lovely time watching Alagna but man he punches some of those notes

ETA: only half done! Agree Kocán and Zajick were also wonderful! such a great cast :D
