I can't find it digitized at all, even on this side of the Atlantic, nor does my local library have it, nor am I turning up a hard copy cheaper than $130 (plus $20 to ship from Germany) but now that I know about it, I've added it to my wishlist, and I might try ILLing (interlibrary loan) it sometime.
