...now that I write that out, I guess Posa must totally not trust Carlos to keep hold of his own half-incriminating letter, given how insistent he was about taking that one too. But he could... also have told Carlos that? It wouldn't have been any weirder than "hey, gimme all your letters. Yeah, including that one."
