Oh lovely, thanks! My French is decent (at least decent enough to figure out opera, lol), but my Italian is not great -- good enough to figure out bits and pieces with the help of google translate, but not enough to decipher complicated plots :) And my German is nonexistent! (though at some point, maybe when I've finished Verdi, I will have to venture into German opera besides Zauberflote...)
